McCaffery manages a range of multi-family rental property types including Class A luxury communities, properties in urban and suburban markets, high-rise, mid-rise, and garden-style building types as well as mixed-use multi-family with retail. McCaffery is also experienced in managing and leasing properties that contain ARO/IZ (affordable) units.

Typically 100 units, although we occasionally manage smaller assets when they are a part of a portfolio or programmatic relationship.

McCaffery works with both ground-up and existing assets. For ground-up developments, McCaffery can get involved during the pre-development planning phase. For existing assets, McCaffery performs due diligence on the building and structures a management agreement in line with market standards.
