Chicago's Second Velvet Taco Coming to Lincoln Common

January 24, 2019, CHICAGO – McCaffery Brokerage and Hines are pleased to announce the

addition of Velvet Taco to the highly anticipated Lincoln Common development, a mixed-use

project located in the heart of Lincoln Park, Chicago. The Texas-based fast casual restaurant will

occupy a 2,572-square-foot space, and join Kohler Waters Spa and Equinox Fitness to offer guests

Opening is scheduled for mid- to late-2019.
