F1RST

F1RST, a 450,000 square-foot mixed-use community is under development in partnership with Grosvenor Americas and will house 325 luxury rental apartments at the doorstep of Nationals Park. In addition to a rooftop theatre overlooking the baseball park, F1RST Residences will offer its residents superior amenities and service provided by Mi-Apartment Home, McCaffery Interests’ residential property management division. F1RST Residences is being built to achieve LEED Silver certification and is scheduled to open in early 2017. Additionally, the F1RST development features 25,000 square feet of ground level retail space that is being leased by our McCaffery Brokerage team. We are excited to welcome committed tenants Taylor Gourmet and Chop’t to the neighborhood.

RESIDENCE INN BY MARRIOTT

Nestled between F1RST Residences and 99M, McCaffery is providing development and construction management services for a 170-key urban Residence Inn by Marriott. The hotel will offer multiple suite types, a fitness room, meeting space and a lobby market. The hotel is being built to achieve LEED Gold certification.

99M

Right next door to F1RST, McCaffery Brokerage is providing retail leasing services to 99M, a new 11-story, glass-walled, Class-A office building currently under development by respected institutional partner Skanska.
