Galley Group, the team behind innovative food hall concepts in Pittsburgh, Cleveland and Detroit, has leased 12,912-square-feet at 1115 W. Fulton Market Street, owned by McCaffery. The food hall and restaurant accelerator concept provides Chicago’s culinary talent the opportunity to launch a new concept in a low-cost and low-risk environment. Concepts will occupy the space for at least 12 months and applications are now open for the first class of Chicago chefs and restauranteurs.

Yesterday, the Community Development Commission recommended approval of the TIF allocation and the plan will be presented to the Plan Commission for approval later in July.
