Dan McCaffery, the Chicago developer working on big projects from Lincoln Park to South Shore, has decided the Fulton Market district is too hot to resist. McCaffery's Chicago-based development firm, McCaffery Interests, has agreed to buy the Aspen Foods poultry processing facility at 1115 W. Fulton Market for about $10.5 million, according to people familiar with the deal.
