In a deal facilitated by McCaffery's Director of Leasing, Rory Cameron, Herdon, Virginia's Aslin Beer Company will open a pop-up beer garden at the corner of First and N Streets, SE, in Washington D.C.'s Capitol Riverfront neighborhood. The seasonal beer garden will open at 1299 First Street SE, next door to McCaffery co-developed and managed F1RST Residences and across the street from Nationals Park, home to the Washington Nationals baseball team.
