Lincoln Common

Lincoln Common, the 6.04-acre mixed-use development built on the former site of Children's Memorial Hospital, is The New Crossroads of Lincoln Park. The development enhances this already highly desirable neighborhood with a diversity of housing options, new shops and restaurants, beautiful new parks, underground loading, and increased pedestrian access.

New buildings are mixed with restored and revitalized structures to integrate into the existing neighborhood fabric. This transit-oriented project has easy access to the Fullerton train stop (red/brown/purple CTA lines), buses and bike lanes, and will provide bike storage, and bike/car rideshare programs. The development includes 50% green roofs and is certified LEED-Silver by the US Green Building Council.

Retail and Office Tenants include:
Equinox, Kohler Waters Spa, Sweetgreen Athletico, Velvet Taco, Scout Veterinary Care, Philz Coffee, Sandbox VR, Verve Wine, Pure Green, Spirit Hub, Clean Your Dirty Face, Blowout Junkie, Cold Stone Creamery, Chase Bank, Compass, Elephant + Vine, Blue Sushi & Sake, and SEV Laser.
