McCaffery's Strip District Terminal project was one that transformed an empty, abandoned produce terminal into a hub for local businesses and vendors. Courtney List, who serves as McCaffery’s marketing manager for The Terminal and the building at 1600 Smallman across the street, has been the driving force behind bringing people to the Strip District in order to see the new development. She is responsible for managing and implementing the programs that drive foot traffic, enhance public image and increase property value, and as such she has implemented well over 200 public events at The Terminal since joining McCaffery in February 2021. List also just recently earned her real estate license. Prior to her time at McCaffery, she worked for the Pittsburgh Pirates and as an alumni engagement officer at her alma mater, Point Park University.
