Beth Ann Edwards

Beth Ann Edwards is responsible for the management and operations for McCaffery’s Pittsburgh commercial property portfolio, including The Terminal and 1600 Smallman. Beth joined McCaffery in September 2020, bringing 25 years’ experience in the shopping center industry ranging from a community center to a large mixed-use property. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers with Certified Shopping Center Manager and Retail Real Estate Professional designations. Beth holds a bachelor’s in Business Management from Baker College and is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Pennsylvania.
