Eddy Gnadt

Eddy Gnadt joined the McCaffery team in 2015 as an Assistant Property Manager, and after 3 years of superior support and implementation of various residential programs, was promoted to Property Manager of Tapestry Naperville in 2018. Eddy currently serves as Regional Manager, Residential, ensuring the highest quality of care and operational success for McCaffery's multi-family property management portfolio. Prior to joining McCaffery, Eddy worked in technology sales for CDW. He went to school in Michigan, graduating from Hope College in 2012 with his bachelor’s degree in K-12 Physical Education and Kinesiology. His love for health and fitness lends itself to his volunteer work with Little Youth Warriors, where he has been a youth football coach since 2007.
