Frederic Offierski

Frederic (Freddy) Offierski is responsible for on-time/under-budget delivery of construction and tenant coordination projects within the development process. Mr. Offierski joined McCaffery in 2022 after previously managing complex tenant improvements and technical fit-outs for various branches of the U.S. government in and around Washington D.C. — notably the 511,000 square foot, $154M DEA Headquarters renovation in 2018. With McCaffery, he has overseen close-out responsibilities for The Orchard and Modena Reserve at Kensington and tenant coordination for Lincoln Common and West Springfield Center. He has a proven track record of success in managing complex projects and is known for his ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders alike. Freddy holds a bachelor’s degree in History from Denison University.
