Malcolm Craig

Malcolm Craig began his career with McCaffery in 2016 as Associate in McCaffery’s Denver office. He was relocated to Chicago in 2018 to serve as Project Manager of Development for Lincoln Common, a 6.04-acre site in the Lincoln Park neighborhood. Instrumental in leading community and partner relations for the dynamic project and upholding McCaffery’s superior standard of work, Malcolm was promoted to Portfolio Manager for The University of Chicago in 2020 to oversee the daily operations of the University’s 1.1-million-suqare-foot commercial investment portfolio.

Malcolm holds an MBA in Real Estate Development from the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Virginia Tech. Malcolm is an active member of Imerman Angels, a charity connecting cancer survivors with those recently diagnosed. He ran the 2018 and 2019 Bank of America Chicago Marathon on behalf of Imerman Angels, raising money for the organization.
