Robert Palacios

Robert Palacios is the Director of New Business Development, where his responsibilities include sourcing, evaluating, and pursuing new business opportunities in development and property management. Since joining McCaffery in January 2023, Robert led the firm's successful pursuit of the adaptive reuse and redevelopment of three historic properties in Downtown Springfield, Massachusetts. 

Robert previously worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, Vice President of Strategic Planning for The Borderplex Alliance, and co-founded Urban Revival Redevelopment in El Paso, Texas. He earned a Bachelor's degree from Oberlin College and an MBA from The University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.
