Food Hall Planned in Former Poultry Processing Facility in Fulton Market

Galley Group, the team behind innovative food hall concepts in Pittsburgh, Cleveland and Detroit, has leased 12,912-square-feet at 1115 W. Fulton Market Street, owned by McCaffery. The food hall and restaurant accelerator concept provides Chicago’s culinary talent the opportunity to launch a new concept in a low-cost and low-risk environment. Concepts will occupy the space for at least 12 months and applications are now open for the first class of Chicago chefs and restauranteurs.
