McCaffery Interests announced its joint venture with New York Life Real Estate Investors to begin construction of Twelve01West, a 150,000-square-foot, 7-story, glass-and-steel structure in Chicago’s burgeoning Fulton Market neighborhood. Delivery is scheduled for Q4 2018.
