We are delighted to announce that the McCaffery Interests Property Management team has been awarded the third-party management assignment of Tapestry Apartments in Naperville, IL.
Completed in 2015 and recently purchased by Stockbridge Capital Group, the nearly 25-acre property consists of 298 residential units within 13, three-story, garden-style buildings and one central, 7,000 SF clubhouse.
Located at the prominent intersection of Illinois Route 59 and 95th Street in Naperville, the property is among few rental options in the area and is just steps from a premier shopping, dining and entertainment district as well as the scenic White Eagle Golf Club. McCaffery’s residential management arm will oversee all management aspects of the property including operations, marketing and resident services.
