Less than two years after opening a 298-unit Naperville apartment project, Lennar has sold the property for $73 million to San Francisco investment firm. Lennar sold Tapestry Apartments, 2703 Showplace Drive, to Stockbridge Capital Group, according to a statement from McCaffery Interests, which has been hired to manage the property.
