Courtney List

Courtney List is responsible for managing and implementing a strategic and integrated marketing program for McCaffery's commercial portfolio in Pittsburgh, including The Terminal and 1600 Smallman as well as supporting multi-family event activation at Encore. Courtney joined the firm in 2021, bringing an extensive marketing, event management, and community relations background. Prior to joining McCaffery, she worked for several local sports teams and non-profit organizations where she found a passion for bringing people together. Courtney received her Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Advertising and her MBA in Management from Point Park University in Pittsburgh, PA. Courtney's success and leadership were recently recognized when she was awarded a spot on the Pittsburgh Business Times' 2023 "30 Under 30" List.
