The building design incorporates a dedicated and protected path from the street for incoming service provider cabling, along with a dedicated, secure and climate-controlled space for service provider equipment. There’s free WiFi in the building’s common areas and space on the roof for tenants to install communications equipment. The building also set aside space for the integration of an in-building mobile signal solution.
