Centrally located in Chicago's hottest submarket – Fulton Market – Twelve01West is at the center of the office triangle established by 1K Fulton, Fulton West and the new McDonald’s headquarters on Randolph Street. Wrapped in floor-to-ceiling glass with exposed concrete ceilings, the new construction melds modern design with the historic and industrial feel of the neighborhood.
