We did it again … And again …  And again!

McCaffery Interests and its co-development partners, Grosvenor Americas and Clark Enterprises are winners! The real estate award season in Washington D.C. has come to an end with our most recent project, F1RST, taking home three distinguished honors.  They are:

Delta Associates’ 21^st Annual Apartment and Condominium Industry Awards for Excellence: Best Washington/Baltimore Mixed-Use Apartment Community

Selected by its Multifamily Practice Group to recognize outstanding accomplishments in the multifamily industry, the Delta Associates Annual Apartment and Condominium Industry Awards for Excellence are given to properties in Washington D.C., Suburban Maryland, Virginia and Baltimore. Winners are chosen based upon independent factors, such as lease-up success or sales pace for an apartment building.

Washington Post Best of D.C. 2017: Best New Apartment Building, 3^rd place

Now in its 9^th year, The Washington Post Best of D.C. list showcases the best things in D.C. as determined by its readers. From Food and Drink to Arts and Sports, the list serves as a valuable resource for city residents and visitors to see the best of what D.C. has to offer.

Washington Blade Best of Gay D.C. 2017: Best Apartment/Condo Building – Editor’s Choice

Nearly 3,500 nominations and 20,000 votes were cast by readers in 100 categories for Washington Blade’s 16^th annual Best of Gay D.C. Awards this year. Highlighted online and within its October print issue, the Blade’s Best Of Awards spotlight the community’s dining, nightlife and entertainment favorites in and around D.C.
