Brokered by McCaffery, Taylor Gourmet Opens Doors at F1RST

The Washington D.C. Hoagie Headquarters, Taylor Gourmet, opened its doors on the ground floor of F1RST Residences this week. Brokered by Rory Cameron, McCaffery’s Director of Leasing, this is Taylor Gourmet's 8^th outlet in Washington D.C., and its first in the Capitol Riverfront neighborhood.  Specializing in unique sandwiches, Taylor Gourmet’s menu is built “around adventurous flavors, homemade sauces, and ingredients so good, you’ll wonder why you ever ate a hoagie anywhere else.”

Find the new shop at 1263 First Street SE, alongside Chop’t Creative Salad Company (opened in May), Roti Modern Mediterranean (opened in June). Chipotle Mexican Grill, Rasa Indian Grill and Declaration, also brokered by McCaffery, will join the delicious First Street SE lineup later this year.
