McCaffery gets approval from Pittsburgh Planning Commission for eight-building, 288-unit Brickworks residential project

McCaffery Interests is poised to fill out an open block of property in the heart of the Strip District into what's likely to be the neighborhood's largest new residential development. The Pittsburgh Planning Commission voted to approve McCaffery's new Brickworks project proposed for a fully cleared 3.45-acre site on Smallman next to the company's fully redeveloped Strip District Terminal.
