LINK Unlimited

McCaffery served as the pro bono developer of the new headquarters of Link Unlimited, a not-for-profit educational mentoring organization in Chicago. Completed in 2006, the project included 7,200 SF of office space, classrooms, an auditorium and a cafeteria, as well as a landscaped outdoor seating area, a green roof and 35 surface parking stalls.

The headquarters is strategically located in downtown Chicago with convenient access for students from all areas of the city on nearby public transportation.
