“We wanted them to be reminiscent of those gracious homes in the prewar co-ops,” said Cadey O’Leary, the Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty agent who consulted with the developers on the design of the 32 condos at the Orchard, 2350 N. Orchard St.
Prices for luxury condos on the site of the former hospital, which vacated in 2012 and was demolished four years later, start at $1.4 million for certain two-bedrooms and can run to over $4 million.
