Lincoln Common confirms another retailer in Philz Coffee

Chicago’s second Philz Coffee location is headed to Lincoln Common, the mixed-use project co-developed by Hines and McCaffery Interests. Located in the city’s Lincoln Park neighborhood, the six-acre development recently announced Velvet Taco, Kohler Waters Spa, Equinox Fitness and Athletico Physical Therapy among the retail tenants.
