Philz Coffee at Lincoln Common is expected to open Q3 2019. “Philz Coffee is a company after our own heart—the products are customized and the service is best-in-class. Chicago’s second Philz Coffee location is headed to Lincoln Common, the mixed-use project co-developed by Hines and McCaffery Interests. Located in the city’s Lincoln Park neighborhood, the six-acre development recently announced Velvet Taco, Kohler Waters Spa, Equinox Fitness and Athletico Physical Therapy among the retail tenants.

Philz Lincoln Park is part of the Lincoln Common development replacing Children’s Memorial Hospital at the corner of Fullerton, Halsted, and Lincoln. They’ve already announced Velvet Taco as a tenant at Lincoln Common, a 6.04-acre development.
