McCaffery is pleased to announce that Chicago-owned and operated restaurants Batter & Berries and 79th Street BBQ have leased at 23rd Place at Southbridge, a new mixed-use development recently opened in the Motor Row District. The Southbridge locations will be the second for both operations. McCaffery Leasing Manger Andrew Macafee brokered the deals, the first commercial leases for the development.

Southside Community Optimal Redevelopment Enterprise (SCORE), a community development entity supported by McCaffery Interests Inc., is pleased to announce that it has made a grant of $350,000 to two Chicago nonprofit organizations, PODER and Project H.O.O.D., through its nonprofit affiliate, the Joint-County Opportunity Benefit Support (JOBS) Fund.

The Pittsburgh Planning Commission voted to approve McCaffery's new Brickworks project proposed for a fully cleared 3.45-acre site on Smallman next to the company's fully redeveloped Strip District Terminal.

A creative advertising agency is moving into the Fulton Market District after selling its former offices for a windfall. Schafer Condon Carter will move into a 15,000-square-foot space on the third floor of 176 North Racine Avenue, at a 135,000-square-foot building developed by McCaffery Interests on the corner of Lake Street and Racine.
