McCaffery welcomes Shafer Condon Carter (SCC) to Twelve01West, in Chicago's Fulton Market neighborhood. The growing creative agency will move into 14,957 SF of custom office space the third floor of the 150,000 SF, seven-story building. SCC joins a growing office tenant roster which includes McCaffery, Bissell, Coca-Cola, Datassential, and ServiceNow.
