McCaffery is proud to have earned LEED® Gold Certification for their Fulton Market development, Twelve01West. Twelve01West has earned the sustainability-focused designation in part due to: extensive green roofs; light-colored roofing materials; reduced water usage; and all-LED lighting. Additionally, at least 75% of all construction waste materials were diverted from area landfills.

Arlington’s Verde Pointe residential and mixed-use development was formally presented with the LEED Gold certification by Mahesh Ramanujam, COO of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) at an event held on the property yesterday.
