The Terminal TeamMcCaffery is proud to introduce three new members of its growing Pittsburgh team: Vice President Dean Welch; Senior General Manager Beth Edwards; and Marketing Manager Morgan McCoy.

“McCaffery has completed more than $100M of development in Pittsburgh in the recent past, and has $110M more in development currently,” said the firm’s CEO, Dan McCaffery. “We have also recently acquired a site that, when fully planned, will likely represent an additional $200M investment in the Strip District. Marketing Manager Morgan McCoy will lead all community and event marketing initiatives for The Terminal. As a native of Pittsburgh and a graduate of Point Park University with a background in event planning, she aims to turn The Terminal into a one-of-a-kind destination. Previously, Morgan worked as communications manager for local Pittsburgh events, including the I Made It! Market and The Neighborhood Flea in the Strip District.
