Modena™ is the first development from a joint venture between Solera, McCaffery Interests and AEW Capital Management, and designed by Antunovich Associates and Lantz-Boggio Architects, in partnership with PE Services, Dewberry Engineers, Structura, Wohlsen Construction, and ECS. Solera and McCaffery continue to pursue additional senior living development opportunities across the U.S including a project in pre-planning in Cary, NC.

Since YIMBY’s September update, much of the facade work has taken place at the northern building of Southbridge Phase I, now known as 23rd Place at Southbridge.

"Years later, there are now three so-called passageways recently completed in The Terminal, the mixed-use redevelopment of the Strip’s five-block-long produce terminal. The enclosed and heated passageways at 17th, 18th and 20th streets sport benches, creative lighting in a dazzling array on the ceiling and a collection of colorful graphics about Pittsburgh."

The developer behind Denver’s newest skyscraper has moved on to RiNo. Hines is developing the six-story, 240,000-square-foot structure in partnership with Chicago-based McCaffery and Canadian investment firm Ivanhoe Cambridge. Tuesday’s groundbreaking was the first of a wave of construction starts expected this year for major RiNo office projects.
